If you want to use the custom icons from this (or any other) web site when creating new shortcuts:

Use WinZIP to extract the images.
Copy the ones you want (or the whole lot) to a new sub folder under your Images folder on your phone. I recommend copying them to the internal memory rather than a Duo card... if you have the free disk space of course ;)
Add your desired shortcut in Tracker by tapping Start >> Desktop >> Create shortcut...
Place a tick in the "Use custom icon" box.
Select "Original picture size" from the "Icon size" drop down list.
Place a tick in the "Make transparency" box.
Tap "Next".
Highlight the program to be used for the new shortcut then tap "Select".
Select the folder you copied the icons to from the "Folder" drop down list.
Highlight the icon you want to use and tap "Select".
The new shortcut should appear on the currently selected Tracker page.
Tap and drag the icon to where you want it.
Add another... and another... rinse and repeat ;)
