Miyata Seat
Possibly the best seat around? So far that's my opinion anyway. It comes with plastic bumpers for the front and rear - the front bumper features a handle which is invaluable for trials and MUni riding where a lot of hopping is required.

Strengths
If I was pushed for the one thing that sets it aside from the rest, I'd say it's the replaceable plastic bumpers - in particular the front bumper that is also a handle. When and if you start hopping or jumping or hurtling down mountains on your unicycle the handle comes in to its own. Yes you can hold the front of any seat - but having a purpose built handle makes life that bit easier.
It fairs well on the comfort stakes with the padding provided by a big slab of foam. That is, however, relative to other stock unicycle seats. You still wouldn't want to ride any great distances sat on one of these. As it has a removable cover you can modify it to take an inner tube to increase the comfort levels. I would recommend doing this to anyone.
Weaknesses
There is a small amount of flex in the seat base when you pull up on the front handle. I only noticed this when a replaced it for a carbon fiber one.
Overall
This is, in my own opinion, the only seat worth considering at the time of writting given it's front handle and the ability to convert it in to an airseat.
One thing to note is that the seat base to seat post (where the bolts go) is different from most seats so you need a Miyata seat post.
