Mmmmm...... air volume and lots of it! This is one of the fattest 3" tyres you'll find anywhere which means riding over roots and other bumpy ground becomes a whole lot easier than with a skinnier tyre. It also makes the tyre that much more bouncy for hopping and jumping :)
The tread pattern does a great job of hanging on to the things you want it to while getting shot of mud you pick up along the way.
Weaknesses
This isn't the lightest tyre you'll ever find.
Due to the girth of this tyre you need a wide rim to put it on - at least 28mm wide they say.
Overall
The 3" Gazzoloddi has become the favourite MUni tyre of many a rider and not for no reason... Big and fat so it can be run at a low PSI rating and provides great grip on virtually any surface. If you have a frame and rim wide enough to fit one of these you're in for a treat!
